ENTREPRENEURIAL COMMUNITY KICKSTART

The Lean Start Entrepreneur Program is designed to help meet the needs of the underserved through cultivating a thriving entrepreneurial community that creates jobs, while catalyzing lasting economic, social, and spiritual transformation.

The project focuses on the development of a business incubator or accelerator that creates jobs through the launch of entrepreneurial ventures. Phase 1 of the project works helps identify key stakeholders and partners and then creates a culturally appropriate program for your context. In Phase 2 key business mentors will be trained along with 15-50 entrepreneurs through a Lean Start Canvas workshop on launching a business. In Phase 3, qualified entrepreneurs meet regularly and are paired with trained business mentors to provide ongoing business support for 6-14 months.
