BOARD OF DIRECTORS
MARK GOESER
Founder and CEO, Mark Goeser serves as a coach and plan strategist. He brings over 25 years experience as a coach and mentor to business and non-profit leaders all over the world. Mark holds a graduate degree in leadership and international development and is a credentialed member of ICF. His passion for high impact community initiatives is only rivaled by his love for outdoor adventures!
JANE OAK, Secretary
Jane studied Accounting at Michigan State and received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law. Jane has a passion for helping others through her local church and community involvements, but also through her work as an immigration attorney. She and her husband, Harry Yoon, reside in LA.
ANTHONY BARTON
Anthony attended Santa Barbara Business College and is the co-founder of Safe Companies. Anthony brings a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur and social impact investor. He is married to Yolanda and has three children and one grandson.
SUSAN OAK
Susan attended the University of California, Los Angeles and studied Sociology. She is currently the Head of People at Oxeon Partners and believes in empowering people to help themselves and their communities. She has two sons and lives in Brooklyn, New York.

DINA CHANG
Dina studied sustainable development at Columbia University and has a diverse background in local government, nonprofit, and small business. She is currently the Coordinator of Content and Delivery at AWE, a mission-driven company dedicated to advancing the careers of women and other minority groups.
OLYA OSTAPIUK
Olya brings over 11 years of multicultural experience serving in areas of International Relations and Foreign Affairs. She holds master's degrees in International Relations, Leadership, and Intercultural Education and is a credited coach and member of ICF. She is truly passionate about multiculturalism and sustainable living.
