MARK GOESER
Founding team member and CEO, Mark Goeser serves as a coach and plan strategist. He brings over 25 years experience as a coach and mentor to business and non-profit leaders all over the world. Mark holds a graduate degree in leadership and international development and a credentialed member of ICF. His passion for high impact community initiatives is only rivaled by his love for outdoor adventures!
HEATH HOLLANDSWORTH
Heath serves as Operations Director, providing tactical support to the leadership and daily operations of Hope. He has a BA in Marketing and a graduate degree in Leadership and Community Development. He has a passion for seeing people reach their full potential. When he’s not working you can find him hanging out with his wife, Ashley, and two daughters, Lucy and Willa—or maybe on the golf course.
NICOLE SOLVIG
Nicole serves as Project Manager, helping teams stay connected and projects run smoothly across Hope Ventures’ network of partners. Nicole holds a degree in Public Health and has spent nearly a decade supporting health and humanitarian programs in Africa and Asia. She has lived and worked in Gabon, Guinea, Senegal, Cambodia, and the DR Congo, giving her a love for cross-cultural work. She’s passionate about work that builds stronger, healthier, and more hopeful communities. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys hosting friends, planning trips, and birdwatching.
ALAN WEISENBERGER
Alan serves as a coach and advisor with an emphasis in leadership development, organizational culture, and community impact. With over thirty years in financial services technology and non-profit organizations, Alan founded enLumen Leadership Services. He is especially passionate about helping young leaders become wise before they grow old, and to develop the capacity of potential leaders who lack access to resources and opportunities.
TENDAI KASHANGURA
Tendai serves as our Africa Director and conducts training and coaching throughout the region. He is the founder and owner of Kashy-Com Investments (KCI) which specializes in business training and consultancy working with business owners throughout Africa. He holds a diploma in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, and Masters in Business Administration.
KIM ZOVAK
Kim serves as a cross-cultural coach and international coach trainer. She has played a key role in expanding coaching throughout the Hope Ventures community and in establishing coaching training hubs across multiple projects. A Stanford graduate with a doctorate in leadership development, Kim is an MCC leadership coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She has lived in Australia and China, travels extensively, and currently splits her time between Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.
