Mercy Pachawo, an entrepreneur in Zimbabwe, is building her detergent business with mentorship from a fellow graduate of our training program.

Dear Friend,

One of the greatest joys of our work is seeing hope multiply. In Zimbabwe, that hope has been growing since we launched our program in 2022—and the results are remarkable!

Take Mercy Pachawo, for example. Mercy learned how to run her detergent business from Pastor Martha, another local entrepreneur trained through our program. With Martha’s mentorship, Mercy is now growing her own small business—creating steady income, meeting a real need in her community, and building a future for her family.

And Mercy is just one link in a growing chain of change. More than 100 entrepreneurs in Zimbabwe are now running businesses that support 474 family members and have created or sustained 109 jobs. But the impact doesn’t stop there. These entrepreneurs are mentoring others, sharing ideas, and pooling resources to help neighbors expand shops, buy equipment, and start new businesses.

That’s the power of your generosity—it doesn’t just change one life; it sparks a ripple effect that lifts entire communities. It’s men and women using their gifts and talents to serve, encourage, and strengthen one another.

Would you consider helping us reach more entrepreneurs like Mercy? Your gift provides more than training—it fuels hope, creates jobs, and gives families the dignity of building their own future.

With appreciation,
